Joint Management Committee

The Joint Management Committee members are representatives of the provincial/territorial Aboriginal organizations and four provincial ministries that are Partners or Signatories of the Aboriginal Healing and Wellness Strategy Implementation Agreement. The Committee functions as a single entity responsible for making decisions and ensuring the implementation and management of the AHWS.

The Joint Management Committee has 26 members: 2 Co-Chairs, 16 Aboriginal provincial/territorial representatives, 8 ministry representatives and an Elder. The Joint Management Committee meets quarterly.
